-Grilled veal entrecote with mushroom risotto
-Baked Gratin Cod with garlic mousse

-Roasted aubergine tartar, hummus, quince alioli and spiced boiled chicken slices
-Stuffed red peppers with cod
-Sauteed mushrooms, cured ham and prawns

-Sliced Pork Sirloin with dried fig sauce, garnished with shallots, tomatoes and potatoes
-Grilled salmon with vegetable noodles and pil-pil sauce
